Rebecca is an accomplished finance and compliance leader with over 18 years of energy experience. She currently works for Equinor’s Operations Technology Excellence group and is responsible for ensuring the development and improvement of processes over governance, requirements and compliance to support domestic US onshore and US offshore operations. She also leads the Blockchain digitalization strategy for Equinor United States and is the founder and visionary behind the US Oil & Gas Blockchain Forum & the OOC Blockchain Consortium.
Rebecca joined Equinor in 2011 as Head of Finance for the Appalachian basin. Prior to Statoil, she worked for Occidental Petroleum and Merit Energy Company as Manager of Financial Compliance and Manager Internal Audit Operations North America. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. Rebecca also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Pathways for Little Feet to foster adoption of children.
